A combination of dried and fresh meats and cheeses including applewood smoked bacon, speck, assorted sausages, Brie, aged cheddar, Boursin, fruits, berries, biscuits, waffles, hand made bagels and pastries, artisan jams, butters, and cream cheese.

Totally Customizable
Fresh house made NY style boiled bagels served with bibb lettuce, vine ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions, capers, hard cooked eggs, lox, Irish butter, three flavored cream cheeses of your choice such as bacon-shittake mushroom, maple butternut squash, & berry compote.
Served with two seasonal fresh made salads, for instance, roasted beetroot & arugula, orange-fennel, caesar, tabboule, couscous with roasted asparagus and oven dried tomatoes.
Our Breakfast Charcuterie as well as our Bagel Nosh along with an omelette station and buffet which includes bacon & sausage (other selections available upon request, vegetarian available) home fries, pancakes, French toast, or bananas foster croissant bake.
Seasonal Luncheon or Dinner Specialties prepared on Premises
Starting with an asparagus goat cheese tart followed by a roasted beetroot and charred rainbow carrot salad with whipped ricotta and toasted pistachios.
Choice of maple mustard crusted salmon with sautéed spinach, celeriac mash and a pear-radish-celery salad.

Rolled Chicken Ballantine stuffed with chicken mousse, red wine braised chicken livers, chopped wild mushrooms over cheddar polenta with roasted asparagus.
Finished off with a caramelized pear cheesecake bar.
Fettunta- Grilled house made artisan sourdough crostini brushed with olive oil & topped with burrata, artichoke & mint//speck prosciutto, peas & ricotta//classic tomato-basil bruschetta.
Then Crudo of branzino or Ahi tunaw/cucumber, capers, Calabrian chilis with evoo & aged balsamic or a grilled calamari salad with lemon, fava beans, oven roasted tomatoes & herbs.
The pasta course, all hand made in house!
Choose roasted Hubbard squash & wild mushroom ravioli or cavatelli telefano.
